Awwwww. Who is that sweet little child?
Today, we celebrate the 60th anniversary of the hatching of the awesome Thriller. Much love to him this day!
…out-of-town meetings on Saturday mornings?
Not complaining, mind. Well, actually I am. If it weren’t the Thriller’s birthday tomorrow (complete with preparations for the feasting and gifts), it would be easier to schlep it to the showers and the car for the 90-minute drive to Columbus.
But since it is his birthday tomorrow…ugh. Many thanks to Simone, who is coming over at 4:00 this afternoon to help with the baking and other make-readies. She is top-drawer!
Have a great Saturnday, fiends. Do something fun.

Fun — though I have much to do yet, apparently. How about you? You can copy and paste this list into your comment, then delete the ones you haven’t done, or you can use the tag <strong> at the beginning of an item and close it out with </strong> at the end to boldface your choices. Interesting list — and feel free to add other stuff to it so we can comment.
Everyone should, once in awhile.
I may be light years behind the times, but this morning, for the first time, I deposited a check in my checking account using my iPad camera. No joke. I took this photo of the check:
…clicked a couple of confirmation buttons, et voilà. Money in bank. Now how cool is that? What’ll they think of next? Chase Bank, you sly dog.
Today will be a good day. I get to see the Js for an hour, then spend some time with two lovely young ladies from Slovenia who are visiting BFF Kay. Then back home and back to work on DT. At least the tap finale number has been chosen (“Anything Goes” from Anything Goes). Truthfully? I’m definitely not a Cole Porter fan. But the tempo’s right. One song down, 12 to go…
