Restraint

That’s what I’m showing on social media this morning, in the face of the unrelenting onslaught of saliva washing over every post about OSU beating Oregon. I did sneak a couple of minor elbows in, but nothing (hopefully) that would upset my OSU-indoctrinated friends. I don’t want to be snarky.

BUT IF I DID…………………………

<great huge block of rant deleted>

See? Restraint. :-D

I’m back to school after an unplanned three days off for snow and ice. Three days off=two weeks behind. That’s a bummer.

Lesson for today: be kind in the face of that which makes you want to stomp on a bouquet of beautiful daisies. Yay! And those are my RNFs for a Tuesday.

NFL playoffs, commence.

Haha! I hear ya, Bird. When I walked into my doctors office yesterday, *every* nurse and office worker had OSU shirts on. *sigh* I think my BP went up a little. ;-) Made me want to kick something. Anyway, I’m looking forward to seeing the Packers lose in Seattle. When that happens, I’m going to destroy something in my house. ;-) The other thing I’m looking forward to – all things DT!! Hang in there, luv. It can only get better….right? lol

Being allergic to football, I do not understand the above post.
I’m thinking now that this is a good thing. :/

When I see the state of affairs globally it is very difficult for me to get overly worked up about a game. Despite my allegiances to all things Green & Gold and big Red W’s I am ultimately simply a fan of a game that I enjoy…I am not a fanatic.
Restraint is the first thing they teach in Pensioner School!
By the way restraint is flattering Ms Finkster! :)

Now…the Pack better Kill the mofo Bums!!!

Good perspective, and it really doesn’t make a difference in the world at all (the game, I mean). And truthfully, what good would my harangue have done except make me mad? OSU fans gonna fan, fan, fan, fan…

Pack needs to take care of da dirty birds

On the other hand…..it’s because of the nastiness going on this world that makes me appreciate a good football game/bike race/whatever as it’s an escape, however temporary, from the madness.

If I were an OSU fan I’d be wearing the t-shirt, too, cuz well I think it’s a big deal. :)

I hope you can get yerself caught up there little lady! Drive careful now yahear?

Wearing the shirt doesn’t bother me; it’s the associated behavior…a longstanding issue with me which I won’t get into today! The drive wasn’t bad at all this morning, although the parking lot…OY

I thought of you Sunday night as I watched Showtime’s documentary on Lance Armstrong. Wow…
