boundless bliss.
You know, there are days when you feel like this:
and others when this:
squeezes down so hard, that although you’re feeling confident trying to do this:
and maintaining a positive attitude, even when it appears you’re doing this:
it ends up feeling like this:
which reduces you to this:
Ever feel like that? Shew.
Then I look at folks who have real problems, and I say Rat Fink, Rat Fink, what a donkey.
I covet your stress reduction techniques this day. I know people use prayer and meditation, which are both powerful in a personal way, but is there an outward routine that calms the beast? Ready, steady, go.
Coffee today? 10-4.

Extended sessions with my therapist, Rosie (who looks like a sewing machine) help immensely. In short, I highly recommend creative outlets of any sort. They increase the Delta and Theta brain waves that have a calming effect and I always come away with a new attitude and sometimes a different perspective that leads to a solution.
When that fails, I recommend chocolate in heavy doses.

I’ve heard about Rosie now and again…maybe you could talk to her and make an appointment for me??
I’m glad sewing gives you that outlet. I’m thinking my equivalent to Rosie might be writing or reading. Maybe I should include the treadmill as stress relief and not work! Nah…I’ll choose the chocolate option instead.
Getting lost is a pretty good solution for me; just a random walk around the Village or out of it.
Sounds great!
